Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for overseas projects across sectors like construction, healthcare, and logistics.
Coordinate with international clients to understand job specifications and deployment timelines.
Oversee sourcing, screening, trade testing, and mobilization of candidates.
Lead and train a team of recruiters and ensure timely closures.
Maintain a strong candidate database and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in overseas placement.
Familiarity with GCC, Europe, Asia and the Americas manpower needs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
