The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and building a healthy organizational environment.

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on labour law compliances.
Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
