Construction Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor/Site Supervisor to oversee, manage, and maintain construction-related activities at Tadoba Vanya Villas. The role involves supervision of ongoing works, maintenance of existing structures, ensuring the use of quality materials, and verifying construction-related bills. The selected candidate will be based in Nagpur but will be required to travel to the site as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all on-site construction and maintenance activities.

- Ensure that ongoing work meets design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

- Maintain and monitor existing construction to ensure structural integrity and upkeep.

- Check and verify the quality of materials delivered to the site.

- Approve and cross-verify bills and invoices related to construction and maintenance.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, material quality checks, and maintenance work.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

- Good communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Additional Skills:

- Knowledge of cost control and budgeting.

- Problem-solving ability to handle on-site challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
