Job Description: Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, including labor laws and tax regulations. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly and monthly employee engagement activities to boost morale and team cohesion. Proactive Management: Anticipate HR-related needs and challenges and develop strategies to address them effectively. Multitasking: Handle multiple HR functions simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations across all areas. Team Management: Manage HR operations for a workforce of 100 to 200 employees, ensuring their needs are met and their performance is optimized. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the software industry. Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations and engagement activities. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Proactive and strategic thinker. Hybrid and Remote Management: Experience in managing hybrid and remote employees, ensuring effective communication and productivity across different work environments. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP).
