You are a people-focused professional with a knack for digital growth and Hexotix Pvt Ltd. is looking for a HR Manager + SEO Specialist who can balance talent management with search engine optimization strategies to drive both people and performance growth. **Role Overview:** As a HR Manager at Hexotix Pvt Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment which involves job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. - Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and performance evaluation systems. - Fostering a positive workplace culture and initiating employee engagement initiatives. - Providing support in training & development programs. As a SEO Specialist at Hexotix Pvt Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search ranking. - Conducting keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis. - Monitoring website traffic, analytics, and performance metrics. - Collaborating with the digital marketing team for content optimization. - Staying updated with the latest SEO tools, trends, and algorithms. **Qualification Required:** - Proven experience in HR management and SEO. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Hands-on knowledge of HR tools and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). - Ability to multitask and efficiently manage both HR and SEO functions. - Based in Surat (applications from Surat candidates only).
