About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist/Manager to lead the hiring and talent acquisition process. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including headhunting, portal management, interview coordination, and ensuring the best-fit candidates are hired for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles.

* Expertise in headhunting and proactively identifying top talent across industries.

* Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals.

* Screen, shortlist, and conduct rounds of interviews.

* Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to define job requirements.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Manage candidate engagement, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

* Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.).

Requirements:

* 5 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

* Strong expertise in headhunting and niche talent sourcing.

* Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and hiring management abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
