Job Description

Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts. - Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking events. - Maintain and analyse the recruitment metrics and SLA to measure the effectiveness of hiring process. - Understating of transmission line EPC industry and roles, is very important - To ensure compliance with applicable employee laws and regulations. Preferred candidate profile - Masters degree in HR preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement, preferably in the EPC or related industries. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools and trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred.
