HR Manager (Placement & Corporate Relations)

Our programs are designed for graduates and recent pass-outs looking to launch their careers in the IT industry. We also collaborate with companies to provide corporate training programs to upskill their teams in cutting-edge technologies.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager who will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our placement network and corporate relations. This role combines placement coordination, corporate outreach, and student relationship management, ensuring our students find the right career opportunities while maintaining strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Placement Coordination

• Establish and maintain strong connections with IT companies in Technopark, Infopark, and other regions.
• Identify job openings, collect job descriptions, and coordinate interviews for our trained students.
• Work closely with the counselor to track students who have completed their courses and are ready for placement.
• Communicate interview schedules, share feedback, and follow up on student performance.
• Maintain records of placed students and company feedback.

2. Corporate Training Development

• Identify potential companies that may benefit from corporate training programs in areas like Software Testing, Python, Data Analytics, and AI.
• Pitch RevolxIT’s customized corporate training offerings to HR heads, L&D teams, and managers.
• Coordinate training logistics between companies and our internal faculty team.

3. Student & Counseling Support

• Support the counseling team by occasionally attending inbound phone calls or walk-ins, explaining available courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Help ensure a smooth student experience from enrollment to placement.

4. Branding & Social Media Support:

• During non-peak hours, assist in maintaining RevolxIT’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Share student success stories, training updates, and job placement highlights to keep our online community engaged.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malayalam).
• Excellent networking and relationship management ability.
• Basic knowledge of IT/software job roles is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate across departments, and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Preferred Qualities:

• Energetic and proactive personality with a passion for student development.
• Confidence in approaching and maintaining relationships with HR professionals.
• Previous experience in education, placement coordination, or training institutes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
