Having our H.O. in Guwahati, Assam, Bankas Solution, we have our presence in eight states across India with reputed and established national and private banks and NBFC’s with the strength of more than 500 staffs under the IIBF guidance. We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. HR Manager Duties and Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Conduct performance and salary reviews HR Manager Skills and Qualifications include: Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation Skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field
