Job Description

An HR Manager oversees a company's Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities involve aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to termination, and serving as a crucial link between management and employees. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
  • Recruitment and Hiring:Oversee the entire process, from creating job descriptions to interviewing, selecting, and hiring new staff.
  • Onboarding and Training:Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Performance Management:Implement and manage performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure employees meet their goals.
  • Employee Relations:Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Manage employee benefit programs, conduct salary reviews, and administer compensation plans.
  • Compliance & Policy:Develop, document, and communicate company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Workplace Culture:Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment, championing employee well-being and engagement.
  • Data and Reporting:Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of programs and report on HR activities.
  • Management Support:Advise managers on HR-related issues, such as equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and management expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR technical aspects and relevant employment laws.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and mediate conflicts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and HR software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often required.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
