Lead and motivate the regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Represent Meraki at industry forums, exhibitions, and trade platforms, enhancing visibility and credibility

Candidate Profile:

6-8 years of proven experience at managing people in corporate setting
Proven track record in HR operations, employee relations, and complianc
Proven ability to build HR frameworks in scaling organization
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skill
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
