Lead end-to-end HR operations across ALDS, Meena LPG Industries, and Transport divisions.
Govern attendance, leave, and HRIS administration using Greythr HRM and Zoho Creator platforms.
Drive strategic recruitment and workforce planning, including campus and lateral hiring via ATS tools.
Manage seamless onboarding, induction, training coordination, and full & final settlement processes.
Design and implement robust performance management and appraisal frameworks.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and salary disbursement.
Oversee statutory compliances under PF, ESI, LWF, Factories Act, and allied labour laws.
Proactively handle employee grievances to promote a positive, inclusive, and ethical workplace.
Develop, institutionalize, and monitor SOP-driven HR processes with periodic compliance reviews.
Frame, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.
Conduct surprise audits and outlet inspections to ensure discipline, adherence, and governance.
Strengthen employee engagement, relations, and cross-functional coordination to build a high-performance culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Engineering with MBA -HR or equivalent qualifications

Minimum 5 to 10 yrs experience in relevant role and atleast 3+yrs as leadership role

Excellent oral and written communication

Strong knowledge in HRM software- Greythr, Zoho creator
