Job Description

As an HR Manager, your role involves: - Managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. - Resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. - Implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance. - Organizing training sessions and skill enhancement programs. - Creating and enforcing company HR policies and code of conduct. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations. - Maintaining digital employee records using HR software. - Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews. - Promoting workplace culture through events, rewards, and motivation programs. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. - Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations. - Proficiency in HRMS management and digital record-keeping. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle employee grievances effectively and maintain a positive work environment. Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The work location is in person.,
