Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes. The role involves strategic HR planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Frame and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training modules across all branches.
Manage recruitment drives for showroom, collection, and accounts departments.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Drive Performance Management System (PMS) and employee appraisal processes.
Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings, employee engagement programs, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure labour law compliance and handle inspections/audits.
Build and maintain a healthy work culture aligned with the company’s vision.
Coordinate with management on HR strategy, manpower planning, and expansion activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in HR / MSW (HR) / Relevant degree.
5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail / jewellery industry.
Experience in handling multi-branch operations is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
