Manager

As a Manager at KAS Jewellery, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth across multiple branches. Your role will involve taking complete ownership of branch-level performance, team coordination, and business targets. You will be in charge of handling end-to-end customer engagement activities, retention strategies, and supervising the field team. Daily operations, customer service standards, and staff attendance will be under your coordination and monitoring. Your responsibilities will also include implementing growth strategies, developing new customer plans, and monitoring area performance. Timely reporting, review meetings, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial aspects of your role. You will play a key part in driving internal policy adherence, conducting performance reviews, and organizing staff training initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have an MBA or any business-related postgraduate degree. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills are essential. We also welcome fresher candidates with a passion for team coordination and field management. You should be willing to travel across branches and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
