Build from scratch: Establish HR systems, policies, and processes across all 10+ stores and central operations — from hiring to performance management. People-first culture: Foster a warm, respectful, and motivated work environment aligned with Kaladhar’s family-like brand values. Talent acquisition & training: Design and execute hiring strategies for retail and back-office roles, and create training programs to improve customer service and team efficiency. Compliance & administration: Ensure all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, payroll, attendance, etc.) are managed accurately and on time. Performance & retention: Create fair appraisal systems, drive employee engagement, and reduce attrition while scaling HR operations sustainably.
