About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-IT recruitment, HR operations, payroll management, and overall employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations such as employee records, documentation, and compliance.
• Administer payroll and ensure accurate salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Handle employee engagement activities, grievance redressal, and performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as an HR professional with a focus on non-IT recruitment, payroll, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Location: Indore (On-site)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
