✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments
✅ Drive employee engagement and resolve workplace concerns
✅ Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
✅ Partner with leadership on performance management and HR strategy
✔️ 2+ years HR experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality
✔️ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
✔️ Experience with high-volume recruitment and onboarding
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, or related field
