HR Manager

You are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager for a B2B diamond jewellery manufacturing client. As an HR Manager, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes. You will be responsible for managing bulk hiring, approximately 60 hires per month, as well as lateral and leadership positions. Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role. - Partner with department heads to manage recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. - Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet monthly targets. - Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with company goals. - Oversee employee onboarding, including induction sessions and maintaining personal records. - Implement a 30-60-90 day feedback process for new hires. - Supervise the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including exit formalities. - Collaborate with external vendors to optimize recruitment processes. - Design and execute employee referral programs to attract quality talent. - Maintain accurate records of all HR activities and develop trackers for recruitment and onboarding metrics. - Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives and establish relationships with academic institutions. - Graduate/MBA in HR preferred. - 3+ years of experience managing bulk blue-collar and white-collar recruitments, exposure to large companies preferred. - Proven experience in managing HR functions within the jewelry or related industry. - Expertise in handling both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment. - Ability to manage bulk hiring, approximately 60 positions monthly. - Strong organizational and communication skills.,
