Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Gyan Jyoti Awasiya Vidyalaya in Arrah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies and procedures, and support the school's mission and values.
