HR Manager Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager (Generalist) with 8+ years of experience, preferably from the FMCG sector, to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in strategic HR, payroll, compliance, overseas attendance management, and labor law. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving HR initiatives and maintaining smooth employee relations across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Oversee attendance management for domestic and overseas employees.
• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain statutory records as per regulatory requirements.
• Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Partner with management for workforce planning and talent retention.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS reports, and HR analytics.

Educational Qualification:
