Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including visa officers, counselors, trainers, and business development executives.
Conduct employee induction, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, migration industry regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring.
Build a positive work culture and address grievances effectively.
Support management in organizational development and succession planning.
Conduct regular HR audits and implement best practices.
Coordinate HR support for multiple branches/teams if required.
