Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including visa officers, counselors, trainers, and business development executives.
  • Conduct employee induction, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, migration industry regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring.
  • Build a positive work culture and address grievances effectively.
  • Support management in organizational development and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate HR support for multiple branches/teams if required.
