Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and training & development programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a strong company culture.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and labor authorities when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
