Job Summary: As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch-level sales operations, driving revenue growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring excellent client service. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and meeting branch targets in the highly competitive migration services sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Develop and implement local sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Monitor daily operations, lead generation, and client consultations to ensure high conversion rates. Train and motivate team members to improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to optimize branch performance. Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting to upper management. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Manage client escalations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
