As a Project HR Manager, you will be based out near Sanand at one of our projects and will be responsible for driving and leading the organizational people strategy as well as initiatives at a site leadership level. He should be strong enough to interact with internal & external stakeholders efficiently. Job Description: End-to-end recruitment (Incl. Blue Collar Hiring), Volume hiring. Joining formalities, Leave management & Attendance, Absenteeism, Govt. Liasioning, Union Management, Court Cases, Standing orders, Domestic Enquiry, Employee Grievances, Job Contractor Management, Statutory Compliance, CLRA. Desired Profile: MSW/ MBA / MHRM or equivalent degree with similar background and very good communication skills / Computer skills, Preferably from Automotive/ Manufacturing/Warehousing sector. Should have handled a team of HR. Good verbal and written communication.
