As an HR Manager in the real estate industry based in Chandigarh, your role involves overseeing and executing all HR functions to ensure smooth business operations. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Source, hire, and onboard talent for sales, site, admin, and corporate roles. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives. - Implement appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and facilitate employee development. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, retention, and productivity. - Identify skill gaps and conduct relevant training sessions. - Address grievances, enforce company rules, and promote a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. - Knowledge of legal and RERA compliance in the real estate sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff effectively. Please note that the company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit, and the work location is in-person.
