HR Manager

As an HR Executive/HR Manager at our Grocery E-commerce company in Davangere, Karnataka, operating under the Dark Store Model in the FMCG Manufacturing & Grocery E-commerce domain, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing organization. With a salary package ranging from 4 Lakh to 8 Lakh (negotiable based on experience), we are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR professional with 4 to 12 years of experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, logistics, or e-commerce sectors. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for dark store staff, delivery personnel, and support teams, collaborating with store managers and senior leadership to assess manpower needs, and developing hiring strategies for sourcing local talent effectively. You will conduct onboarding programs, coordinate functional training, maintain documentation, handle attendance records, and manage leave using HRMS or manual logs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws, handle contract labor, ESI, PF, safety compliance, draft HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks, and engage in employee grievance handling. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a relevant setup, fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English, proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or HRMS software, multitasking abilities, and experience in hiring and managing blue-collar workforce. Prior experience in Tier-2 or Tier-3 cities and strong people skills are desirable.
