Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Partner in this role, your main responsibility will be to support the management in business performance improvement. You will also be tasked with developing and executing the right people strategy to support the company's growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR systems and processes as per the guidelines from the sector and country. Your role will involve challenging and advising the management to enhance managerial performance and building employee engagement through various initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Business partner by supporting the management in business performance improvement. - Support growth by developing and executing the right people strategy. - Implement and manage HR systems and processes as per the guidelines from the sector and country. - Challenge and advise the management to improve managerial performance. - Build employee engagement through career counseling, engagement initiatives, HR policies, and reinforcing a positive work culture. - Implement key people processes and systems like Performance Management Cycle, development/improvement plans, Mobility, Training Need Identification, and Succession planning. Qualifications Required: - Professional HR specialization from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Management Institutes. - Good exposure to core HR functions such as Recruitment, Manpower planning, Training, Compensation, and supporting business by developing the right HR strategy. - Ability to multitask and manage complexity effectively. Please note that the offered CTC for this position ranges from 5 Lacs to 7 Lacs.,
