Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic HR plans that align with business objectives and encourage organizational growth. Your role will involve leading the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Utilizing HR analytics and metrics will be crucial to inform decision-making and enhance workforce planning and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent management strategies, succession planning, and organizational development. Managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent will also be part of your key responsibilities. Championing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a strong company culture will be essential in this role. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks, managing performance appraisal systems, and leading continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives - Lead the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Utilize HR analytics and metrics for decision-making and workforce planning - Partner with executive leadership on talent management and organizational development - Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent - Champion employee engagement initiatives and build a strong company culture - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Manage performance appraisal systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role - Proven expertise in strategic planning, HR analytics, and policy implementation - Experience in the hospital or hospitality industry is a strong plus - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills - In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred) - Ability to coach and mentor HR team members for leadership and professional development - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization Please note that the work location for this full-time role is in-person.
