Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources- Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and overseeing various HR functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. (Candidate should well verse with engineering job market, knowledge of all job portals, have a good connection with placement/labor agencies)
  • Responsible for on boarding, induction program, placement of candidate, as well as exit procedures.
  • Candidate should have clear understanding of Engineering organization structure.
  • Responsible for all legal compliances according to factory act (PF, ESIC, LABOUR LAWS, LICENCES etc)
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
  • Candidate should have working experience in performance measurement system (PMS) implementation.
  • Initiate training need identification & arrange training programs.
  • Responsible for employee grievances handling & report to Plant Head.
  • Responsible for Admin related work of factory.
  • Other HR & admin related work assigned to him/her time to time.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role in Engineering Manufacturing industry only.

- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices

- Hands-on experience with payroll systems, government compliances like PF, ESIC, Apprenticeship programs etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
