HR Manager

Experience: 2-10 yrs experience in relevant field (mainly statutory/ compliance) Roles and Responsibilities: · Filing all statutory returns with Labour dept./Inspector of factories etc., and renewal of licenses · Filing all statutory returns with Labour dept/Inspector of factories etc., and renewal of licenses · Coordination with Finance team for payment of gratuity and settlement of left/retired employees through LIC gratuity · Coordination with advocate for any issues related to employees in court of law or any other Govt. Department · Arranging approvals of projects/building drawings from KIADB/INSPECTOR OF Factories or any statutory department · Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various labour legislations · Updating of Statutory Registers & Records · Renewal of group mediclaim policy Coordination with Mediclaim insurance company regarding the hospitalization/claims of employees when needed · Coordination with Security agency · Knowledge on payroll management · Training and development · Coordinating day to day operations and maintenance activities Preferably male candidates Job location: Hebbal Industrial Area, Mysore Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Payroll: 1 year (Preferred) HR: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
