Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of handling HR functions for a sizable workforce. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Employee Onboarding: Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies. HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees through transitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of HR management experience, preferably handling 100+ employees.
