Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business

Strategy.

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives  across the organizations and identify opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
  • Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff and encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Oversee all orientation and training programs are prepared for employees to efficiently complete tasks assigned.
  • Manage the overall performance management system and counsel all manager and employees about its important and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;

keeping past and current records.

  • Handle all external vendors and outsourcing agencies (like IT and housekeeping).
  • Analysing and preparing reports of personnel and payroll data (indicators).

Responsibility Specifications:

  • Handle all administration related to personnel management (for example, hiring new

employees, calculating and paying salaries, work-time registration, personal data

protection and carrying out recruitment processes and trainings).

  • Set guidelines for all activities related to recruitment process (like setting tests, and

interview procedure); counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and

analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.

  • Conduct periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Steering investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Obeying current legal work regulations and following changes in them.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or

other issues.

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all

positions.

  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training
  • managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with

employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and

supervisors.

  • Maintain and uphold management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending

human resource policies and procedures.

  • Develop systems for maintenance of historical human resource records by designing a

filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

  • Managing outsourcing agencies and external vendor performance; and pay and other

related issues.

Additional Responsibilties:

  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning,

recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee

engagement, and employee development.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive

management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge

of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working

with a corporate employment law attorney.

  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other

Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.

  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a

high level of confidentiality.

  • Excellent organizational management skills.
