Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in coordinating training programs , workshops, and employee development initiatives. Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) with training schedules, attendance, and feedback. Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. Handle training-related documentation , including course materials, reports, and compliance records. Communicate with employees regarding training schedules, registration, and completion status . Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and skill gaps . Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to employee training. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Strong organizational and communication skills . Basic knowledge of HR processes and learning management systems . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Ability to multi-task and manage training logistics efficiently . Interest in employee development and HR best practices . Perks and benefits : -5 days working. -Apart from development, and engagement programs, we offer transportation facility to all its employees.
