Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Compliance professional to support and manage core HR operations and statutory compliance for our Trivandrum/Kochi office. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, induction, exit formalities).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Support recruitment activities including coordination with hiring managers and agencies.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle grievance redressal and support conflict resolution.

Compliance:

Ensure timely filing and maintenance of statutory records under applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for inspections and compliance audits.
Monitor and implement changes in labor laws and HR policies.
Maintain documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure third-party compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
412 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
