HR IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter (Female) with around 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of technical skill sets, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
• Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in IT recruitment and HR technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably with both product and service-based companies).
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Preference for female candidates with a professional and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,847.21 - ₹32,305.09 per month
