Orbiqe Technologies is a leading IT services and solutions company specializing in web and mobile app development, digital solutions, and innovative technology services. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate HR/IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Hire for both IT (e.g., Software Developers, .NET, PHP, Java, etc.) and Non-IT roles.
• Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Expertise in Naukri portal and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
