About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team remotely. This

internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment,

onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and
• scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and track hiring progress.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and other HR documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and virtual team-building events.
• Manage HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist in performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Laptop/PC : Must have access to your own computer.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude toward learning and teamwork.
