Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing potential candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding of new hires through timely document collection, induction coordination, and clear welcome communication to ensure a smooth transition.
Coordinate learning and training programs, maintaining records of participation and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide administrative and operational support to enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition and broader HR processes.
