Prominent Adworks is a full-service advertising & digital marketing agency specializing in social media strategy, SEO, content creation, performance marketing, and influencer campaigns. We work with top brands across India and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Shortlist resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and clients

• Publish hiring ads on social media platforms

• Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation

• Support employee engagement and internal communication

• Assist in employee salary calculations

• Help streamline HR processes and reporting

Requirements:

• MBA/BBA HR / Psychology students or freshers

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Interest in advertising, digital media & creative industry

• Familiarity with Google Workspace; Canva is a plus
