Key Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms:

• Google Ads (Search Ads, Display Ads)

• Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

• Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads

• MS Office (especially MS Excel)

• Other native ad platforms and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Provide content guidance to the team, including content writers.

• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.

• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns for our clients.

• Identify, configure, and manage the most appropriate campaign tools based on requirements.

• Track trends and insights, optimizing spending and performance based on data.

• Manage a team effectively (team management experience of at least 3 years is required).

• Fluency in Marathi is a must.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and experience with platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Hands-on experience with campaign analytics tools.

• Strong skills in statistical analysis and research.

• Good knowledge of budget planning, bidding, and media spend analysis.

• High creativity, with the ability to identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that generate leads.

Qualifications and Experience

• Work Experience: 3-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with knowledge of the marketing industry.

Salary Range

₹5 Lakhs to ₹7 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
