Key responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding: Managing the entire hiring process from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded. Employee relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and addressing workplace issues. Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits, which often includes managing health plans and retirement programs. Performance management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development and training programs. Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all labor laws, safety regulations, and employment laws, and maintaining accurate employee records. Policy and strategy: Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and updating them as needed. Employee engagement and wellness: Promoting a positive work environment and managing wellness programs to support employee health and well-being.
