HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition activities including sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination
• Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and event coordination
• Help maintain HR records and assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Participate in the execution of HR policies and procedures
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR departm

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
• A proactive and positive attitude
