Job Description

We re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People Operations team and support us in building a dynamic, engaging, and growth-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing communication.
Help in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, surveys, and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with performance management, feedback collection, and exit formalities as needed.
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
