Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Skillinabox, an education technology company that provides innovative training solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Maintain accurate records of applicant tracking systems and candidate data.
Support the development of employee onboarding programs and benefits administration.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR software and systems is an asset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
