Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment and people operations. This role will give you hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, and an opportunity to understand how recruitment contributes to building an organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in 

    end-to-end recruitment

     for multiple roles from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through 

    LinkedIn, job portals, and social media

    .
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
  • Support in drafting 

    JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements

    .


Requirements

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in 

    Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration

    .
  • Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
  • Enthusiastic about recruitment, startups, and learning HR processes.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a 

    fast-paced, creative environment

    .
