Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include assisting in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to find passionate educators and tech enthusiasts. You will also support the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success by organizing training sessions and development programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging employee activities and events to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations will also be part of your role. You will assist in performance reviews and feedback processes to aid in the growth and success of our team. Effective communication channels will be utilized to keep employees informed about company updates, HR policies, and events. The ideal candidate for this position is either pursuing or has recently completed a degree in HR or a related field. You should have a strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is required. The preferred work location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with availability for day shifts. The work is in-person.,
