HR INTERN

Job description:

As an HR Intern , you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the field of human resources while working closely with our HR team. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides a solid foundation for those looking to pursue a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various job boards.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of potential candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Participate in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Contribute to employee feedback initiatives and surveys.Support efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

HR Operations: Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
Participate in the administration of HR processes such as leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits enrollment.Help with the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.

Learning and Development: Collaborate with the HR team in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Assist in creating training materials and resources for employees.

Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment Coordination: Help coordinate logistics for recruitment events, career fairs, and campus placements.
Assist in preparing interview materials and assessments.

Employee Relations: Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and resolving minor employee concerns.
Participate in promoting open communication and addressing employee queries.
