SGBI is seeking an experienced HR Intern for our HR department. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires someone who can work proactively, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong enthusiam for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
onboarding and training programs.
Prepare attendance and leave report.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient, supportive and healthy workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude for problem-solving
Knowledge in preparing reports
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Good Communication skills

MBA
