HR Intern

SGBI is seeking an experienced HR Intern for our HR department. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires someone who can work proactively, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong enthusiam for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• onboarding and training programs.
• Prepare attendance and leave report.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient, supportive and healthy workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Knowledge in preparing reports
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Good Communication skills

• Preferred Qualifications
• MBA
• Job Location: Cochin, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,956.09 per month
