About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the dynamics of hiring in a

fast-paced SaaS product organization

. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, helping you develop key HR and talent acquisition skills while working closely with the HR and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
  • Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to ensure a smooth interview experience.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate details and status.
  • Support the team in shortlisting resumes, conducting preliminary assessments, and following up with candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as social media posts or campus engagement.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorm ideas to improve the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and other recruitment tools.
  • A self-starter with a learning mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
